Q: Do you sell to individuals and businesses?
A: Yes, we sell to individuals, groups, clubs, schools, churches and businesses.

Q: Do you sell blank garments?
A: Yes, we sell garments with NO printing or embroidery. Call or send us an email to let us know exactly what you would like. Quantity, sizes, colors and part numbers are required to give you an exact quote. There is no minimum order for blanks, but shipping charges may apply to certain items. Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
A: Yes, there is a minimum order for screenprinting and embroidery. The minimum for embroidery is 6 pieces. The minimum for screenprinting is 1 dozen per number of colors printed on the garment. For example: An order of 12 is limited to a one color imprint, and order of 24 is limited to a two color imprint, etc. There is some flexibility on orders of 24+. Please call or email for exceptions. You can combine sizes to reach our minimums. Sizes do not have to be ordered in dozens.

Q: What methods of payment are available?
A: We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. All new customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% before work on their order can begin. The balance is due when the order is picked up, or within one week of completion.

Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Generally speaking, we do not offer printed samples. However, when a printed sample is required, the customer will be charged for all artwork, film, screens and samples in advance of the main order. When the main order is placed, setup fees will be required for each screen.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Before placing an order, you will need to provide us with the following information:

1.) Style number and description of garment.

2.) Garment color.

3.) Total quantity and size breakdown.

4.) Number of colors to be printed. Please provide specific ink colors when possible, as certain color combinations may require an underbase print.

5.) Number and choice of print locations. For example: Full front, left chest, full back, right or left sleeve, etc.

6.) Will we be designing your artwork, or will you be providing print-ready vector artwork? Please indicate if we already have your artwork on file from a previous order.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Our turn-around time is always estimated to be 7-10 business days for screenprinting and 10-14 days for embroidery. This time is flexible and we are always willing to work with customers to meet their deadlines whenever possible.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Customers are required to pick orders up from our physical address at 5729 SW Green Oaks Blvd. Arlington, Texas 76017. Shipping arrangements can be made via UPS or a courier service at the customer's expense.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We can ship anywhere UPS delivers. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Once you have placed an order and the items have been shipped to us to print/embroider they cannot be returned even if they have not been embelished. If any garment we sell has a manufacturer's defect, we will refund you the cost of that specific garment. If the garment was damaged due to wearing and/or washing or if items are missing after the box has left our office, Active Impressions is not responsible for any damages or losses..

Q: How do I get a price quote?
A: You can call or email us with all of the details from the 'How do i place an order?' section from above. We will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have at that time.

Q: What kind of artwork do I need, and how do I submit it?
A: You can simply attach your artwork file to an email and send to art@activeimpressions.net . Please include any relevant details in your email so we can best process your design/artwork. We accept most artwork files. However, the best screen prints are made using Corel Draw (.cdr), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. Vector art has smoother curves, does not pixelate, and can be resized/separated without any distortion or quality loss. Bitmap files contain pixels and cannot be resized/separated without encountering pixelation. We can work with bitmap artwork (.jpg/.tif/.bmp) if the files have been created as a 300dpi image at the actual desired print size. Contact our art department if you have questions or concerns on preparing artwork for screenprinting and embroidery.

Q: Do you offer full color / process printing?
A: Yes, we have several solutions available to you depending on the order size.
